If you wish to cancel your appointment, please contact us via Instagram DM or email at least two days in advance.
If you cancel after this date or cancel without notice on the day of your appointment, a cancellation fee of ¥3,300 will be charged.

Please note that we do not have staff who speaks English or other languages ​​at all times.
